The difference between needle punched nonwoven fabric and spunlace nonwoven fabric?

Update: 2023-09-22

Needle punched nonwoven fabrics and spunlace nonwoven fabrics are all nonwoven fabrics (also known as nonwoven fabrics) and are two of the dry/mechanical reinforcements in nonwoven fabrics. Among them, the biggest difference between the two processes is that the reinforcement is the mechanical needle reinforcement, and the mechanical high-pressure water needle reinforcement. The difference in the process directly makes the function of the finished product different.

The weight of the needle punched nonwoven fabric is generally higher than that of the spunlace nonwoven fabric. Spunlaced nonwoven fabrics are more expensive, the fabric is more delicate, and the production process is cleaner than needle punching. Hygienic medical / hygienic / cosmetic use is more extensive. Acupuncture raw materials are more extensive than spunlace, and there are many varieties, filter materials*/felt/geotextiles, etc.

The difference between acupuncture and spunlace: acupuncture is generally thicker, the weight is generally above 80 grams, the fiber is thicker, the hand feel is rougher, and the surface has fine pinholes. Spunlace Buick is usually less than 80 grams, and special is 120-250 grams, but very few. The spunlace cloth has a finer feel and a small strip of water spurs on the surface.
