The Operation Process Of Gauze Folding Rolling Machine
1. Before starting the machine, check for obstructions within the machine's range of motion and ensure all components are functioning properly. Any abnormalities must be corrected.
2. Turn on the power switch and pressure regulator, and check the voltage and pressure to ensure they are within the specified range.
3. Insert the machine's dedicated air shaft into the gauze roll tube and install it on the left side of the machine's movable frame. Then, position the gauze roll horizontally and use the machine's air gun to inflate the air shaft. Observe the key on the air shaft pushes the gauze roll tube outwards.
4. Thread the end of the gauze roll on the fixed frame along the path, fold it once through the stainless steel ladder frame, and then fold it a second time through the triangular plate. After folding, place it over the guide rails onto the two pattern rollers.
5. Place the stainless steel mandrel on the two pattern rollers, lower the manual valve so that the cylinder presses against the mandrel, press the reset button, and start the machine.
6. Adjust the folding consistency by adjusting the handwheel and button left and right. After reaching the set number of meters, the machine automatically stops. At this point, flip the manual valve upward to release the cylinder from the stainless steel mandrel. Remove the rolled gauze roll. Place another stainless steel mandrel on top of the two patterned rollers. Use scissors to cut one end of the rolled gauze roll, and wrap the other end around the second mandrel.
7. Place the mandrel inside the rolled gauze roll into the clamp of the core removal cylinder. Press the foot switch to complete the core removal. Then, press the reset button to start the machine. Repeat this cycle.
