Introduction and processing of spunlace nonwoven fabric

Spunlace nonwoven fabric is a network of fibers formed by high-pressure micro water jet into one or multiple layers, which entangles the fibers together and enhances the fiber network to a certain extent. This fabric is a spunlaced non-woven fabric. Its fiber raw materials come from a wide range of sources, including polyester, nylon, polypropylene, viscose fiber, chitin fiber, ultrafine fiber, Tencel, silk, bamboo fiber, wood pulp fiber, seaweed fiber, etc.

Processing principle of spunlace nonwoven fabric:
Multiple micro water jets generated by high pressure spray the fiber mesh. After the water jet passes through the fiber mesh, the entrusted mesh curtain rebounds and is inserted into the fiber mesh again. In this way, the fibers in the fiber mesh undergo displacement, insertion, entanglement, and locking under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jets inserted in different directions, thereby strengthening the fiber mesh.
