Definition of nonwoven fabric

Nonwoven fabric refers to a fibrous network structure material made without the use of textile processes, composed of fibers or short bundles of fibers that are physically, chemically, or thermodynamically combined with each other.
Compared with traditional textiles, nonwoven fabrics do not require complex manufacturing processes such as forming, weaving, and weaving. They have the advantages of light weight, high strength, good breathability, strong water absorption, and are easy to process and shape.
The manufacturing process of nonwoven fabrics includes methods such as melt blown, needle punched, water spunlaced, and hot air.
Nonwoven fabrics are widely used in fields such as healthcare, household goods, industrial manufacturing, and automotive interiors.
